Not user friendly platform for iPhone

Since this response is delayed, it may not help you any longer, but perhaps it can be helpful to other users in the future. The issue you were having is actually a credential issue, not an app issue. In these cases, you would need to work with your employer directly to ensure your Konexus credentials are set up correctly (via SSO).
