This app used to work perfectly for me to able to see my customers feedback now it’s like it showing desktop version and tell me there is nothing at all to view. I know comments have been made as customers have asked if we have seen what they have written I can’t see anything

Hot alert ticket
Got a hit alert follows up, was able to add note but cannot close the ticket. States survey not completed, and cannot access link to survey sent to GM email and cannot close out tickets after resolution.

We need up to date data. Scores are different from what a supervisor or director may have.

When you click on the detail it doesn’t load. Used to work before the recent update. Eg perfect 10s. Otherwise a great App and very useful. Screenshot feature back so well happy.

Unable to open with safari
Qualtrics does not work on my iPhone. I can’t open the website to log in, open survey links, or use the interface at all. Website support is poor with no answers that are concrete on FAQs or direct response

When will this allow individual logins instead of one account between multiple people which keeps getting locked? And how about incorporating Microsoft Authenticator - it is used for most data sensitive apps these days?
