Fails to load or login regularly
I really like the Gallup website and as a coach log into it most days the challenge I have on my iPad or iPhone is the Gallup access app always struggles to load or login. I get the spinning wheel regardless of whether I am on Wi-Fi at home Wi-Fi at work or just playing 5G mobile. I have more or less given up trying to use the app because it is so inconsistent logging in.

Support during crisis
This helps out to come out FOMO mode when you are leading with a non-homogeneous team, and you’re not able to find solutions asking questions Gallup really helps
Frustrating
I love the Gallup Strengthfinder - it’s brilliant. I really don’t enjoy the app - where is the search function?? How do I find my purchases? Why is it always so difficult to get to the codes I had purchased?
Login issues
I have been having trouble logging on to my Gallup Access application. I keep getting an error message and being prompted to login again. It’s the same when using my username/password and through face ID. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app. What else can I do?

Don't do it - easiest waste of money.
The app - not user friendly.
The Gallup is so difficult to use - I'm fairly tech savvy.
The customer support is even worse, they don't know what they are doing internally.

テスト結果以外日本語訳がない
書籍を購入し、そのQRコードからWebサイトでテストを受けた後に本アプリをインストールしました。
TOP5のテスト結果を見るのには良いのですが、それ以外の記事や説明は日本語に設定していても翻訳されていないのでそれ以上の活用はできなさそうです。
まあ結果を受け取ってどうするかは本人次第ですね。ストレングスファインダーは「この結果が出たからこうしなさい」というものではありませんし、強みと自分を掛け合わせて初めて方向性が決まるものです。
34種全て開示するアップグレードはアプリ内からもできます。

Essential app
I have had this app for a couple of years now without really engaging it. I have recently started using the helpful articles and such with great success. This should be a must use tool at every organization on a weekly basis.
