I am an Autistic ADHD person and this app helps me in a way that was quite surprising to me. One common themes and difficulty I face on the daily about achievement my goals is that, I lose sight of the full spectrum of my desires around that goal. This app comes in clutch reminding me all that I am striving for, at moments of overwhelm when on my own, I can only focus on the negatives. Highly recommend for neurospicy folks. 💕

Challenging and thought provoking
Was a little confused on when to actually record my voice when typing the script and even when i actually was recording the real scrip it was a bit time consuming when I would trip up on the scrip and have to go to my recordings to delete it and start over instead of being able to delete the recoding right then and there.
I love the concept of mapping out what your success looks like and challenging yourself to truly think about what it looks like and feels like after you’ve accomplished what you’ve wanted to and what it means to you.

The script it created for me based on my goals was surprisingly beautiful and inspiring! It matched with how I actually want to feel. This app is absolutely worth your time to download and play around with.
The way it helped me to brake down each component of goal setting, affirmations, how it resonates in your body, etc helped flush out so much more detail. It turned a goal into a breathing living visualization. Plus I was able to go through this with way less anxiety & overwhelm which is typically what happens for me when thinking about lofty goals in the near future. Recording my own voice after creating the script was a very nice touch too. Something about hearing myself reading my goal in the form of a visualization script made it feel more real & a little bit closer. Scripting & speaking it into existence!
