They ask invasive questions before they even let you see how the app works, then profile you and sell your data.
Lots of upsells - they made this app yo hook you in on a subscription- it is not about helping you perform better.
Their privacy policy is a nightmare... you and your data are the product.

Been using this for my pre workout to prepare my mind! Was using headspace before but this one kills it!

It’s a cool app but didn’t have ice hockey when you choose your sport category.

Life changing for my daughter
My daughter is a senior in high school and has been incredibly stressed with the recruiting circuit for lacrosse. She has turned to Perform to help her stay positive, focused, and enjoying the beauty and fun of the game. I can tell a big difference when she has gone through sessions or not.
