Lots of bugs, missing points

Not sure why, but recently, since the last two updates, there have been multiple bugs, and I have not been awarded the points and stars and seen the progress posted that I have been making. I do this multiple times a day, and it inconsistently works, but if one thing is working, another part of this isnโ€™t. Itโ€™s very frustrating, and I have been on with tech support, but nothing is changing, and I have not been replenished for what I should have earned. Iโ€™m almost ready to delete the app and go with another, and the only reason why I gave this one star at all is because the tiles are pretty.

I love this game. I know that ads are necessary for money to keep the game up to date, and I donโ€™t mind reasonable length of the ads. However the Temu wants the game to open Temu, the ads are extremely long. So I am leaving this game because of Temu
