Overall app is good but customer service is very bad. I paid for premium and it did not hot activated second time. Tried to reach out for support still waiting for their answer back. Its been 3 days.

softlocked account
made an account several months ago, didnt follow through with getting involved with the app now hoping to actually use it. but now when i log in, it just hits me with “something went wrong” no matter what i do. basically softlocked out of using blossom and theres no support page on their website or any way of resolving the issue other than making a new account. you’d think a vibecoded app would just use an ai agent for support, but ig theyre even too lazy for that lol
