About
Most hydration apps count cups. Blue Balance counts what actually reaches you.
Every drink carries a hydration factor, so a coffee does not count the same as a glass of water. Log 16 oz of coffee and you will see it credited as roughly 14 — the honest number, not the flattering one. Your daily total reflects how hydrated you actually are.
PACE, NOT JUST TOTAL
Finishing your goal at 11pm is not the same as spreading it across the day. Blue Balance splits your waking hours into intervals and shows where you should be right now, so you can catch a slow morning before it becomes a scramble at night.
LOG IN SECONDS
Save the drinks you have often — your water bottle, your usual coffee, the electrolyte mix after a run — and add them in a single tap. Set any serving size you like, in ounces or millilitres.
SEE THE PATTERN
Daily progress ring, streaks, a hydration score, and a breakdown of what you are actually drinking. History goes back as far as you have been logging, so you can see whether this week really was better than last.
BUILT FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON
Create separate profiles with their own goals, schedules, and saved drinks. Switch between them instantly — useful for couples, families, or anyone tracking alongside someone else.
MADE TO LIVE ON YOUR PHONE
A dark interface designed for glancing at, with five accent themes. Your goal adapts to your height, weight, and activity level rather than defaulting to the same number for everyone.
NO ACCOUNT GAMES
No ads. No streak-shaming. No notifications begging you to come back. Open it, log a drink, close it.
Your data belongs to you. Delete your account from inside Settings at any time and everything goes with it — profiles, history, saved drinks — permanently and immediately.
