Bad experience

I’ve used this app once before and it worked great.

We are at the beach and are trying to get a visit for my daughter. We were in the waiting room and the app crashed. We were charged but hoping it will fall off. Second time we tried on my phone. We went through all the steps again and was in the waiting room. My phone happened to go to sleep while we were waiting and then we went back to the app and it said this visit has ended. That is a horrible experience. Why wouldn’t the app keep me where I was? We didn’t close the app so why would the visit end?

Waste of 2 minutes

I previously used this service back in 2020 and absolutely loved it. This time around, not so much.
My husband went to urgent care a few days and got diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. I am now sick with what I can imagine is the same exact thing as I am now having the same exact symptoms. I told this doctor that and he refused to prescribe antibiotics but insisted I visit an urgent care after I said again that I just needed antibiotics.
Very quick visit of only 2 minutes at the most for $59 is a complete waste. Very dissatisfied with my experience.

Quick service and very helpful

Since it’s the weekend and difficult to go anywhere other than the ER, this was a perfect option for our little one. It took only a couple of minutes and the diagnosis was quick and prescription sent straight to our pharmacy. Will definitely utilize this option again in the future.

Useless

This company that you decided to use is completely useless. This is the 3rd time I have tried to use them and every time they tell me what is wrong is a “virus”. When I know it is a sinus infection. I have to go to my regular doctor after spending 59$ to get the antibiotic I needed in the first place. I will not WASTE my money on this again. It is a way to get more of my money and still make me go to the dr. Which is why I needed the service in the first place. I’m done and will NEVER use or recommend teledoc service again. They STINK! Save your money and just go to immediate care. Like I said USELESS!!

Online Video appointment

This service is the best! First time I’ve used it and it was so easy and the level of service was great! Doctor was compassionate and understanding. So grateful that health care professionals give up their time on holidays to help out those in need. I recommend this service to everyone. There was a wait but I expected it seeing as it was Thanksgiving day and everyone is sick these days.

Not worth the wait

Got booted 2 times from the queue while waiting to see. It said I was next, then started to connect the witched to different physician and not I’m 4 patients back after waiting 50min already. I could have driven down to a Doctors Care or something and been seen faster. No way to connect to Custer service without getting out of queue.

I really love this process. I suffer every year with my allergies so it is convenient to just go online to get the medicine I need and not miss work. My doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you so much.

Button labels

I utilize a feature on my iPhone called voiceover. Some of the time it works fine within the application, other times it gets lost and cannot tell me what button I am selecting. It would be most helpful if you would be willing to go back and label the unlabeled buttons so that I know what they are.

Easy and Effective

Every time I have used this app I have a knowledgeable provider who listens to my concerns. They have taken the time diagnose me and make me feel cared for. Easy, effective and from the care of your own home!

I was nervous to talk to a new doctor about my alcohol abuse. She was a great listener and made me feel comfortable. I need Antabuse and don't have a family physician at the moment. She agreed with me and encouraged me. I did not feel rushed. I will recommend this service. Thank you.

Probably easy to do if you aren’t a twin

I couldn’t create account because my information is similar to what they have on file. Maybe I used a nickname? (I didn’t use a nickname) so then I went to check if it say I signed up before. It’s my twins email address. I had to be on hold for 15 min to get it setup. Finally did and the person was very polite and professional, I am still annoyed a bit though that I had to do this at all

Great experience

That was my first time using service and it’s awesome. I was getting ready to go to urgent care for a follow up on earache. The office is always full of COVID people and there is a 2 hour wait time, this way I didn’t have to go. Dr Keegan talked to me and diagnosed that all I needed was more drops. Love the service

Great Professional and fast service

My family and I are out of town on a trip to the mountains and my 1 year old son got sick with an ear infection. I used Blue Care On Demand and saw a Physician almost immediately and a prescription was issued to the local drug store within a matter of minutes. I am overwhelming satisfied with the Blue Care On Demand process and how quickly and effortlessly the process went to get my son feeling better. Thank you to Dr. Russell he was awesome and I will definitely be using Tele Health services in the future!

Horrible experience with customer service

Horrible customer service. I was lied to and had to find out for myself that what the guy said to me was just a flat out lie, not a mistake...but a lie. He couldn’t answer any of my questions with anything but ,”I am not a board certified attorney or board certified physician”. If you can’t answer any questions then you don’t need to work with that company PERIOD!!!

Excellent Alternative

As of this morning, I have used this twice now. Both providers were very professional, and the overall ease and cost are game changers for basic healthcare.

Doctors are only a few clicks away

I like this app I’ve been using it for several years now. Now this is my go to app when I ever have a problem in between doctor visits. Are used to use it when I didn’t have a doctor all and it worked fine that way as well. The point is this app a good thing and I’d recommend for you to try.

Fast and Easy

I love the option to see a physician virtually almost immediately. It has been especially useful when I’m traveling and away from home and my normal physician. The doctors have always been thorough and polite.

Great Alternative!

I love having the option of immediate care when I need a Doctor. The doctors are always personable and I like being able to see a little bit of their background when choosing who to see.

I have used this app 3 times since last year. They listen to you and what you have to say and are very helpful each time. Plus it’s so convenient. The doctors office is closed now where I usually go. This helps because the doctors are listed and you know your wait time. I highly recommend this app. Plus with COVID this is the best way to be seen.
