User reviews

Very satisfied

Dr Barnett was very helpful. Patient in answering questions and giving us expectations.

First Time User

I was attended to in a reasonable time. The doctor was very nice and helpful. I would use this service again.

Charges wrong co-pay

This app routinely states it cannot make contact with my insurance provider and charges me the wrong co-pay. It provides no contact for anybody to dispute this.

Nationwide outage

Very disappointed in this app. It cannot confirm my insurance therefore I cannot have a teleconference with the doctor unless I pay $61.

Good app

Good app. Very helpful. It does take longer than usual to get on a call with the doctor.
