So many bugs

I think they intentionally create so many bugs in the claim form so that u won’t be able to proceed to the claim process successfully.

Issue with Viewing Submission Records

I have been trying to view my submission records, but the page never loads. I’ve waited for a long time and tried multiple times, but it still shows a blank screen.

the app has a few bugs first time registration didn’t work spend 1 hour with customer support on phone still could not log in / register details. a few hours later it worked , however old and new version running within same app , when trying to log in old version error shows . overall it’s messy and the menüs need too much searching to find things

Please don’t always update, your programming capabilities seem fall short to your expectations.

I suggest you either rewrite your whole app, our hire better developers.
