Quickly reference light phases anywhere
I love how easy it is to find out the phases of sunlight in a photographer’s terms wherever I am or want to be.
Great app
I use this while in travelling, easy to understand one of the best ambience lighting around, would recommend it.

Great developer
After my former review, the developer acted super fast and fixed what was broken. App now works perfectly for me. This is A1 support and I really appreciate it. Thanks man.
Current location bug
The “current location” shows a map for New York even though the GPS location says where I actually am (which is nowhere near New York). Bizarre bug.
Deleted
Another app that doesn’t work unless you allow 24/7 location tracking. No matter what location I input, all it displays is Jersey City data, even if I allow tracking while using it. Useless.

Not Sure
It’s a great idea but I am not sure it works properly. Time notification doesn’t add or delete the preset data, and I can’t seem to save any locations I want a warn8 g about so not sure what is going on. I will persevere
Brilliant Little App
I used this last autumn to photograph some iconic buildings in central London during the golden hour before and during dawn. It was a joy to use.
Value for money
This little app is simple and easy to use. It gives photographers the information they need for the blue and golden hours as well as sunrise and sunset. No nonsense and to the point with no unnecessary information. Just what I was looking for.

Great for photography
Great app for photographers - I see it even includes weather forecast and moon phase. The place search is a little hard to find however - need to tap the second icon down at the top and then plus sign to add. Maybe a simpler one step search could be implemented? But overall very useful indeed. Thank you.

Manuelle Standorteingabe möglich, Top!
Hatte die App ehemals wieder gelöscht, weil keine manuelle Standorteingabe möglich war und hatte dies hier geschrieben. Entwickler hatte schnell reagiert, die App erweitert und hier geantwortet. Jetzt ist die Planung möglich, ohne dass man direkt vor Ort sein muss. Toll. Vielen Dank. Habe es leider eben ersr gesehen. Werde die Berechnungen noch testen, erster Eindruck ist aber super jetzt. Danke!

Ich finds erst mal gut.
Dadurch, das man jetzt den Standort für die Berechnung frei wählen kann, macht die App auch Sinn, bzw. läßt sich auch eine oder mehrere Sessions planen. Nicht immer will man Motive direkt vor der Haustür einfangen.
Ob die Berechnungen auch stimmen konnte ich noch nicht prüfen - das Wetter ist mir einfach noch zu schmuddelig. Außerdem war meine Fotoausrüstung zu teuer, als dass ich sie im Regen "vernichten" wollte.
Schöne App, gefällt mir so weit gut, ich freue mich auf weitere sinnvolle Ergänzungen.
Eventuell auch mal in Deutsch. Aber das ist sekundär, da es in der App nicht so viel englisch zu lesen gibt, als das man damit nicht zurecht käme.
Ich wünsche dem Entwickler für die Zukunft noch viele, viele weitere Nutzer, damit seine Arbeit nicht ins leere läuft.

ADD A WIDGET!
This app is honestly great, short and gets to the point by displaying all its data nearly. But ADD A WIDGET! It would be so amazing to quickly access the information from my home screen!
App forces GPS access
App forces you to allow GPS access to do anything, results in a continuous loop of GPS access requests if you deny it. Useless. Let users enter their own location or keep your 1 star review.

Dear Damienkis, version 2.8 is released with your requested feature. Gps access is no more mandatory.
Decent app
But I’m concerned that Blue Hour only lasts for 10 minutes or so... was it always so? IN which case “hour” needs to be redefined :)
