Confusing
I came here because the credits of Grim stated that there was bonus content - I looked and did not find. There were no instructions but I can usually find my way around even the worst apps. I browsed but was unable to see the listing.
Disappointing
It’s gotten so frustrating to leave a review as I’ll finish the book and it won’t let me mark it as completed and review it. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled, force closed the app, listened to the audio again, and nothing.
Emailing support doesn’t help as every email I’ve sent bounces back.

Where are all of the regular audiobooks?
When I open the app and press discover so I can go through all of the titles of the audiobooks Blue Nose Audio is supposed to have a list of that you can purchase, they are no where to be found! The only titles that show up are the bonus content and even some of those are missing because I was looking for bonus content from a specific audiobook that I listened to recently on audible and at the end of it the narrator said to go to the BNA app to listen to the bonus chapter for Lunatic. So this is very disappointing because I really enjoy listening to the audiobooks Blue Nose releases, but if this keeps up I will be forced to continue just listening to them on audible. Plus I’ll still be unable to listen to that bonus chapter I badly want to listen to! :( Please fix this issue guys.

Does not show available titles
All of a sudden the only titles that show up are the bonus chapters in discover . I have to go online to buy new books,they do show up in my library but have to purchase them on line a bit inconvenient.
Frustrating..,
Was excited to download this App, but hated how it glitches and freezes making the app unusable most times ... it also takes awhile to download books sent for review and when reviewing is ready. The books would disappear before you can leave reviews…also every time you open it you have to be trying to download books again, so frustrating!
If all this issues and many more problems it has is fixed then this will be an absolute joy to use.
Sometimes it works. But most times.. utter frustration.
Only give 3 because I like the look but it should 2 overall on a serious note.

Please fix the bugs!
Idk what changed, but there are lots of bugs now. When I’m on the listening screen, the buttons along the top to go back or look at the chapters don’t work, like they’re too high on my iPhone screen that they aren’t selectable (appear to be up in line with the time and battery icon. When I’m on the book page like I’m about to listen, if I select the hamburger menu to “download all,” it gets stuck, won’t download, and won’t let me back out. When I’m listening and pause then let the screen go dark, it reloads the app when I try to get back in it to continue but it populates the “write a review” prompt and won’t let me do anything, including exiting out. Force quitting the app does nothing. I have to delete it from my phone entirely then redownload. Even after deleting and redownloading, the problems persist. Very frustrating to use.

Frustrating
This app makes it EXTREMELY difficult to be a Blue Nose ALC reviewer. Every single time I have to close the app, when I open it again it pops up wanting me to review (mind you, I’m not done with the book) and it takes a literal act of congress to get it to close out of the review part. Most of the time I end up having to literally delete the app and redownload it. I have to delete and reinstall this app at least twice a day at this point.

I have loved the bonus content and extra features on this app. Now that the latest update has fixed the glitching, it’s been a seamless listening experience.

Needs Tweaking
I love the bonus content and supporting Blue Nose but the app is very glitchy. It often skips chapters, doesn’t transition from one chapter to the next seamlessly and sometimes randomly skips chapters. I am regularly unable to leave reviews as the app won’t load when I try to submit them.

Disappointed
I was so excited to download and get the bonus content and early release of a book I’ve been looking forward to for a while now. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed how glitchy the app is, often skipping chapters. You’ll have to keep up with the chapter you’re on to make sure you’re not missing part of the story, which really takes away from the whole listening experience. Really bummed, and I’ll likely just go back to Audible for audiobooks.

Excited for the extra content but glitches in the app are frustrating
So excited about the bonus content and early access BNA is planning with the app. But Soundwise (the app this is based off of) is super glitchy. Skips chapters, replays chapters so you have manually track which chapter you’re on. And if you’re listening to more than one book it won’t automatically play where you left off.
I’m hopeful that Soundwise and BNA can fix the issues. I will happily update my review if it does!

Some glitches but still good
When listening, some chapters will skip (ie: it will skip from chapter 1 to 3). The app has to be open in order to not skip chapters.
