We're sorry to hear about the service issues you encountered. Our tours are designed to function offline once downloaded. For future travels, please try downloading the tour content in advance to avoid similar problems. We hope you give us another chance to enhance your journey.
Complete waste of time and money

We appreciate your feedback! The stories should play automatically regardless of where you are in the tour, so this sounds like an unusual glitch. I will pass this along to our tech team to investigate. Were you able to contact our 24/7 support team for assistance? They are usually able to resolve such issues if they arise. Also, the tour should work from wherever you are along the route. Can you email us at support@actiontourguide.com
