Nobody picking the phone and the person who speak didn’t mention the timing I preferred she just put other date and time which I don’t need and I can’t cancel the appointment now

Poor User Experience and Technical Glitches
The app is stuck on the login screen. Even with a valid mobile number, the 'Continue' button leads to a generic error message. I needed to book a service for my new AC, but I'm unable to even get past the first step. This app needs a serious update to be functional for customers.

After updating app to the latest version 1.0.16 it stopped working. Now i cant book my ac service slot.

Disgusting application I have been trying to book AC services for around 10 days but application is not working it always shows something went wrong, Blue star team could you please fix this bug

Very simple query to the people who have developed this application- why doesn’t it work ? Past 5 days it is showing some issue and does not move forward . Development efforts for self service gone to waste .

Pathetic service , after purchase I called for service as swing not working , They said they will send some technician, but no one come , in app they mention free installation , but they charged 600 of installation.

Totally disappointed with this app. Features are not working. Whenever clicked on the product its keep on loading and nothing happens. Why the hell bluestar introduced this app
Worst App time wasting
One of the poor air conditioning company, Bluestar, The product start problem in its first year, the remote did not work. AC swing did not work. AC noising problem, very bad.

A few days ago, my Blue Star AC stopped working properly — it stopped giving cooling. So, I contacted Blue Star customer care and reported the issue. A technician came and told me that both PCBs were damaged and that it would cost ₹20,000 to fix it. He said he would consult with a Blue Star executive and get back to me.
After that, I called customer care many times to follow up, but no technician came again. In the end, I contacted a local AC repair technician, and he fixed the AC for just ₹2,500. While the Blue Star technician had quoted ₹20,000, the local guy repaired it completely for a fraction of the cost.
I had a bad experience with Blue Star’s customer support.

Worst service
One of the worst service and a grave mistake done by me to purchase this Bluestar product they have pathetic after sale service and not even have mercy on customers money service executives were charged extra money and not bother about complaints lodged by customer and a heavy out of pocket burden for customer I strongly recommend to not to buy AC from Bluestar and instead go for Lg or Samsung compare to this Bluestar people they have definitely very good after sales and service and mow importantly they won’t charge you extra or negotiations for service and parts replacement after warranty just like me as I was waited 3 long months and the under warranty part replaced is not working fine even after the service completed my suggestion to those people who don’t have good time to follow up for months together and not to bother about the quality of service please switch your self from blue star to LG or Samsung or any other product other than Bluestar for good after sales and service and have a chance to scape from the unending rat race of after sales service hope you find good review thank you

Not working outside India
App not working outside India. Needs VPN to work the app. It’s very unfair because all banking apps are available outside India. It’s not any security issue. Fix it soon.

No use of App for customers. Bluestar as a leading company should have good app for customers. Not getting product information, WhatsApp chat bot is also not helpful.

Can’t add products
Useless app I can’t see my products it says contact customer care via phone or whatsapp. Both options are useless, they say we can’t add products write an email and no one replies pn their emails. Whatever time you would use to book slots for appointment technician will not honour those slots. Looks like an app made by college student.

Bluestar is Running a scam!!
I had ordered 4 1.5TON ACs and tried using the app to book for installation.
The installation team have their own unofficial rate card were prices are 3 times the rate card on this app.
This is is just plain cheating and ripping honest customers
When I tried contacting customer care through the app, it doesn’t work!
Overall this app achieves nothing for me except consuming a few MBs on my phone and wasting a whole days time.
