Don’t waste your money and peace
I was gifted part the monitor dock so I went and bought the camera. First of all it’s absolutely painful to have everything connect then out of no where of using it for a few months the app signs me out and will not let me sign in apparently my wifi connection isn’t good enough. My wifi dock is next to the bluebell dock and the camera 🙄
Ps the camera makes so much rattling noises that you may even miss hearing baby crying

Terrible app, shame as has so much potential to me amazing
App is full of glitches and bugs out, slow, no way of seeing how long the baby has been asleep for, terrribly slow. Massively unresponsive needs to be closed and reopened constantly! Awful all would not recommend the bluebell monitor due to the app being so bad which is a shame as it’s got a massive amounts for potential if they got the app right

Don’t bother
The worst app and baby equipment I have ever used. Support is useless and only open at the most inconvenient times.
Would be better off buying old school radio/analog camera as it just works!

Useless
App randomly logged my phone out. I want to watch my baby who is asleep (the whole point of this very expensive baby monitoring system) we just get an error message when we try to log in. So, I attempt to contact Bluebell support and receive a message saying their hours are 12-2!? Is this some kind of joke? What a pointless support system for an expensive product. I would not recommend at all, don’t waste your money

Do not recommend due to rubbish app
Awful app. To start with the clip didn’t work and wouldn’t connect to the Hub, so had to wait for a replacement, also had to chase this several times. Since set up the video constantly goes to a Black screen and I have to force close the app to restart it. Then sometimes the video still doesn’t load. Just gone on to use the monitor while little one has a nap, to find that I’ve been signed out of the app and can’t log in or even request a new password because the app ‘cannot authenticate me’ nor receive a response from The server. I wouldn’t just not recommend this product, I would actively discourage anyone from Buying it.

Not great
There is a lot of interference noise which has meant my baby has been crying a lot of times and we haven’t realised. A lot of ‘loading’ and having to re start the app as cannot see our baby due to what appears to be no connection when we have full WiFi. It isn’t fit for purpose.
Five months and still can’t get it to work
I’ve had this monitor and app since before my baby was born and I’m STILL going back and forth with their customer support team five months later. Complete waste of (a lot) of money.
Terrible Software - Avoid
The functionality of this app is, frankly, terrible.
I am yet to be able to use this with my baby. Having paid for the smart hub package with camera, baby monitor and wristband, I presumed there would be an easy ‘one step’ connection wizard.
This has not been the case. I have been able to connect the smart hub to my WiFi but this has had intermittent problems (showing that my connection is lost or even that there is charging happening when the device is not plugged in).
Unfortunately, once I have added the baby monitor as a device the option (as far as I can find) to add new devices through the setup wizard disappears - so I cannot add the camera and instead get a message that I need to purchase one! I uninstalled everything and ‘forgot’ connections - I installed the camera, which stated it had connected but did not show any video playback.
Frustratingly (or coincidentally), I have now lost the functionality of adding the smart hub back to my profile! There is no apparently easy way to complete any kind of reset, which may fix these issues.

Terrible App
The app is very hit and miss. Connection to the camera is often, even when we have a strong WiFi connection. There have been occasions when we have been unable to connect for several hours, meaning our baby has slept with us rather than his own room. I would definitely not recommend this product to others.

A bad app overall
The app does not send notifications at all which completely defeats the object! It is impossible to set up more than one parent user. The company does not respond to emails requesting help. Expensive rubbish, which is a shame as the product works ok for one phone user but seemingly not 2.
Very poor app to support the hardware
The app is very buggy, even more so since the latest layout change. I have to close the whole app to get out of the full screen mode for example as there’s no close button visible. The whole thing feels like it needs to be looked at again and for it focus on its main purpose and not try and pack additional feature in. The camera and sensor you get are pretty good but let down massively but the app.

Swerve. 5 mins in and already doesn’t work during set up.
Honestly don’t know why I bothered buying this. 5 minutes into setting this up and the app keeps crashing and won’t register with the hub that I’ve put the monitor on it. Have to keep refreshing the app and it still won’t work. Swerve this.
Works well, could have better insights
I like the app and you can do all the things you would want to do in it.
The monitor tracks the sleep well but I would really love to be able to have better insights on his sleeping patterns. The bar graphs of the total amount aren’t that useful. I would prefer knowing what times is he going to sleep and waking up and for how long. This would help me better decide when to put him down for a nap and when to give him a dream feed.
The user interface is ok but it can be hard to remember where certain features are. It’s not immediately obvious you need to click on the baby photo to access other information for example. The best insights on the automatic tracking of his sleeping is actually under “Plan” which seems odd.
I think it would also be better if you could choose what the timespan is that is used to calculate the average breathing rate. Often it tells me he is breathing fast when actually it might have been 5 minutes ago he was breathing fast but I’ve only just been alerted because it’s brought the average up. This is because it uses a 10 minute average of the breathing rate. So when I get woken up to check him, he’s actually breathing normally since it’s delayed information.

Needs work
For the price you would think this would work seamlessly.
Lots of connection occurs getting it set up, specifically with the camera.
Since the most recent update Jan 26, now cannot connect to camera at all and when trying to access the setting menu in the camera view the app closes. Please fix immediately.

1) no “listen in” sound on the hub… Only hear interference. Feel this is a pretty important feature of the monitor and totally faulty
2) there is no sound on iOS app camera view either….
3) Alerts don’t work unless app is kept open all night long. Totally illogical. This is such a bad feature as means without the wristband I cannot be woken up to anything happening.
All in all terrible product that is not fit for purpose. So overpriced for what it provides.

Junk returned App deleted
Endless notifications that baby was crying as I was watching her sleep peacefully. Constantly asking to find a wifi connection even though I have a booster and every other product I have connected works perfectly. When I tried listening in on baby, all I could hear was static and buzzing and there was about a 30 second delay. The product itself is cheap and badly designed even though they charge you nearly £300 for it. The app provides inaccurate data and not at all reassuring or pleasant to use. There are not enough reviews of this product for some reason and the positive ones do not seem genuine to me.

Fantastic app! In love with routine tracking and notifications
Intuitive and simple look. Me and my partner are addicted tracking out first child’s routing and milestones, it’s nice to see the progress of our little one.

A lot of features packed in one app
Cool product and app overall. A lot of features and takes a while to realise everything it does.
Fab app, great gadget.
Lots of features, easy to navigate and use. Love the fact both my partner and I can log in and keep track of baby. Can chat to the team via online chat which is very handy!

Monitor and watch icons could:
1: provide more info when tapped
2. give actual charge level graphic when switching between icons
Pleaseeeeeeee add ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons to nightlight so that you can control by single percentage points.
Would be great to have these features for nightlight also:
-auto-on timer (with pee-set value)
-auto-off timer
-memory mode so it remembers last setting when pressing dock button (maybe even multiple memories depending how many times button is pressed)
