Good video, but so cumbersome
Why does it have to be its own WiFi network? That part is so weird and makes it see like the device may not be working. Also, when I go to make a recording, having to press another button to record is such a pain. We did a great ear exam only to realize it wasn’t recording. They’re not super comfortable, and our child was not excited to do it again - wouldn’t sit as still the next time. Just make it record right away! The actual otoscope works well but the app makes it so difficult

Terrible Quality
The quality of the moon landing is better than this. It’s glitchy, blurry, and just not good. Didn’t help us diagnose any ear infections.

Amazing!
Records amazing video of the inside of the ears and even the throat if needed. Saves video to your device for you to upload in the Blueberry app’ directions for setup were easy peezy!!! I absolutely love Blueberry,
Sad to have to use the tool for a sick kiddo but glad to catch the fact that he had a double ear infection & fluid built up, clear as day and get him on the fast track to recovery!

Horrible
It doesn’t upload so I always need to scramble to figure out how to download and then email to them. Fix your tech.
Can’t upload video to blueberry app
Can’t upload video to blueberry app, just shows up blank in feed
App is horrible
First time using the app and I can record the video but you can’t upload them to the other blueberry app it just shows a blank video

Not functional
Let me start by saying that I absolutely love Blueberry. The service is phenomenal and has saved us many trips to the doctor in just a couple of months. This otoscope app is extremely frustrating, however. It barely works and when it does the app freezes up and closes down or just never shows the video feed so the otoscope is basically pointless. Hopefully this will be remedied on the future because this is such a great idea.
