App won’t load
It was fine a couple days ago and now I can’t even get into the app. It’s just a black screen that won’t load in.
App won’t work!
The app stopped working after the recent update, and now I can’t use one of my pumps. I get things can happen out of your control, with the app when Apple has an update. BUT my issue is the fact that I can’t get one of my pumps to work without having the app… It shouldn’t be this hard to disconnect my pump from my phone l, so I can use it manually when things like this happen. The one pump I can use without the app will no longer connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I really wish you all could get this fixed and make it easier to connect and disconnect the pumps.

Update issues
Since the update two days ago, the app won’t do anything. Just is a black screen.
Crashes
The app always crashes its annoying especially when you need to keep track of how long your pumping and when it does work it takes a long time to pair to the pumps i have to close and reopen several times for it to work
Not many options
Competing pumps give you the option to set up Rythms which are like a set it and forget it setting. You can make any rythm you like or use their premade Rythms. For example, it might do Stim 2 minutes level 3, Express 8 minutes level 4, then repeat 3 times. The other pumps let you do anything. I have a 40 minute Rythm I use a lot, a power pump rythm, a quick 20 minutes pump rythm. Instead this pump only lets you pump 25 minutes at a time. It will switch from stim to express in the beginning and that's it, everything else you have to do manually. Then today the app won't open at all, it's just a black screen. If this pump let you set up custom Rythms for any time period you want and didn't cap it at 25 minutes, it would probably be better than all other pumps, but instead when I'm comuting or cleaning I can't use these pumps.
