Best taxi service in Victoria.
Being on crutches for a few weeks I’ve come to rely on Bluebird Cabs to get around the city. Prompt , courteous service, and a user friendly app make me a loyal client.
Great all round
I’m so happy to use Bluebird. I came to them because I use taxi savers. The cars are clean and well maintained. If I am feeling chatty they are happy to chat. Booking online and having my receipt sent to me is invaluable. Very happy with Bluebird.
Late because of Load Times
Shoutout to this terrible app for not being able to actually book a cab this morning because the app cant finishing confirming a cab. Didnt even end up getting a cab and got an Uber
Glitchy
Every time I go to use this app is tells me something went wrong. And I have to start the registration process again as if I’d never travelled.
Usually great but issues the last month
I love the app, it’s easy to track how far away my confirmed taxi is etc and I can pre book if needed But, this past month I havnt been able to use it. Anytime I click to confirm a booking after selecting addresses, it just stalls on the loading screen and never continues. Ive reset the app, uninstalled and reinstalled, it’s up to date, I’m not sure what else I could do. I prefer the app, please fix this soon 🙏🏼

No cab showed
We never got a cab. Also phoned for a cab and never got one.
Pointless
Book a cab on-line, great concept, except the drivers have the option to ignore the booking and simply pick up rides from the street when flagged. My booking stayed in the 'Booking' state for over an hour. After two phone calls I eventually picked up a cab from the street. There is absolutely no point to this app until the control centre takes control and demands that drivers pick up bookings when told to.

Verification code never sent
Never was able to use. Verification code never sent.
Design Outdated and Booking Useless
The main problem with this application is the fact that the verification code does not get sent to my phone number.
After checking my phone number several times to ensure it was correct, I came to the conclusion that there was some sort of in-app. technical error.
As a result I am unable to make any bookings, and I am forced to call bluebird manually for a cab.
Furthermore, the design of the interior of the app. is 2000s-esque, and it looks choppy. Please redesign to stay updated with the modern, 2015 style, and keep up with expectations.
Please fix the two aforementioned issues and I will gladly give 3 more stars to result in a total of a 5 star rating for this app.

It asks for a verification code which is supposed to be sent via text....it never ever arrives so you can't use the appe

While great in theory this app let me down.
I booked a taxi for a Christmas party for a 630 pickup. I'm normally very patient but for some reason phone for a status update when the previously booked can was 5 mins late. Good thing as they had no record of the booking through the app with the comment "yeah that happens". I was then placed into the que instead of being treated like someone that had been wrong by something that they endorsed and had to wait 30 mins for the next cab...sadly missing dinner...thanks blue bird - much appreciated

An excellent app that allows you to make cab bookings through your phone and it also lets you track the location of the cab coming to pick you up!
