No reconoce la tarjeta SD
En principio la reconoció y grabó por 3 meses, luego no la reconoce ni formateando la SD.. probé la tarjeta en otra cámara y funciona

No está emitiendo alarmas
En un principio emitía alarmas de movimiento y de sonido. Pero actualmente no funcionan las alarmas, Algunas veces sueña pero solo si estoy dentro de la aplicación. Podrían ayudarme con esto?

Есть старая Камера 2017 года. Приложение её находит но не воспроизводил видео. Помогите решить эту проблему.

Mặc dù tôi đã đổi tên người dùng và mật khẩu nhưng dường như đang có ai đó từ Trung Quốc luôn truy cập được camera của tôi. Tại sao tôi biết điều này vì vô tình tôi đã nhìn thấy camera của tôi đổi hướng mặc dù tôi không làm gì cả, họ luôn thay đổi múi giờ thành +8 của TQ. Mọi người nên đề phòng khi mua camera này và từ Trung Quốc.

Doesn't work on iPhone
Can not connect to the device as no sounds comes from phone. Have tried literally everything.

Pb de notification
Bonne application mais les notifications ne fonctionnent pas si l’application n’est pas ouverte à l’écran, inutile donc.
Good app but notifications won’t work if the app is not showing on the screen. Notifications are a very good feature but useless here.

Wifi connection problem
I cant choose wifi network but ı can write password so the camera doesnt connect wifi !!!
Says no TF card recording
I have a few of these. There are two different Apps. This one and other is Bluecam Cloud. This app shows a timeline only and says no TF recording. When you open the cloud version it shows blue on the timeline indicating recordings as well as a calendar underneath. This app is not helpful at all and doesn’t seem to work.

Ya no recibo notificaciones
Llevo una temporada que no recibo ya las notificaciones de la alarma. Solo me llegan si la aplicación esta abierta y antes no pasaba, las recibía incluso si esta estaba cerrada, asi que ahora de poco me sirve la cámara si no le llegan las alarmas

Con esta actualización no reconoce el movimiento .. solo si abres el BlueCam.. pero no funciona el segundo plano .. cámara de vigilancia inservible así

Facile da utilizzare, non sono ancora riuscito ad impostare l’allarme anche tramite email. Sarà perfetta quando si potrà salvare i file registrati su Cloud
Video Playback after V 4.9 NOT working !!
After I updated the app to the newest version, V 4.9, my playback doesn’t load at all. All my videos for the day won’t load and if they do, they don’t end up playing. I have a 256GB data card and high speed WiFi with perfect signal, so it’s not a connectivity issue. Everything worked prior to the update and now after 4.9, the playback doesn’t work.........admins & technicians, can you please look into your newest update and re-release a updated version? Video playback is highly important for the use of this app, one of the many reasons why your subscribers download the app :(

Really good camera app. High def live stream, easy to set up. Doesn’t freeze. Love the clean modern design.
After update not sending alarm notification
Last 2 days the app is silent, no push notifications in case of sound or motion detection. The camera is useless
I love Bluecam
Great for checking on what's going on at home when I'm away. I have two cameras and the clarity/quality of video is beyond what I expected. This app alerts me exactly as it should and I could not be happier!
