Good work, app malfunctions
Sadly I might have to quit because when I have a technical problem with the app it’s slow responding time they promise 4 hours during business hours, but they give the runaround too many glitches messing with my money is like messing with my emotions
I hated doing these interviews, the waiting, ghost, and/or rejections. But this is so much better.

Horrible
Would give it a zero. There’s barely any shifts listed most of the time. Then they Cancelled my entire 3 weeks of shifts 1 hour before I was set to start time. I traveled far and was on my way when they did this. No communication what so ever. Then they immediately relisted the position. Why cancel my shift if you’re going to relist it right away. There’s no protection for the worker because they will not pay you if the company cancels on you. Unreliable.

It said there are no shifts in my area. Okay? Sounds like they’re just getting your data. Too bad I already made an account.

I’ve work a shift and still haven’t been paid tried talking to the support team and just like the other reviews say they do not help and make things 100time more stressful unprofessional they do not approve your time from when you work so basically your working for free with them download at your own RISK.

I definitely put in my social and now I gotta redo it. I redid it and it wouldn’t let me put it in. Customer support is active and won’t get back to me. Terrible response time still haven’t responded to me and I’m just trying to get paid still haven’t got paid for my job

Get payed .12 hours when you work 40 hours and they disappear your account and your time is gone. Start from scratch agter putting in 40/80 hours

No where near enough jobs in Houston to pay bills not consistent at all. Barely wants to pay you 90-100 measly bucks. Then make you wait forever, no one wants to wait for one day of pay as if they had a real job waiting for a real two week biweekly check. I advise people to go to instawork with instapay payouts right after shift. Not weeks. On w2 n 1099. Delete this app because they don't care about you here in Houston

Jobs on here waitlist forever
Waitlisted for two weeks with no way to contact or receive any notice if hired unless you just sit there and check the app every thirty seconds. I try to contact the companies themselves they just throw you through hoops

Worked in fashion Nova for 3 weeks when they emailed me that my documents were not uploaded that they have to deactivate my account . When without verification documents uploaded you cannot go and pick up shifts so that was a bad excuse gor deactivate account so my earnings got deleted and no proof of work so didnt get payed for 2 weeks They dont answer emails 0 stars

Trash! Don’t install it!
The app is a total bust, you can’t get any shifts and they can’t find anything jobs on there, there’s just nothing on the app and it won’t give any jobs
Inefficient resolution of issues
I have done 5 shifts through them and none of them have been approved and I haven’t got paid more than one cent. If you do not clock in on site (which isn’t possible with airport shifts unless you wait til your transported through security) you have to jump through a whole lot of hoops and even then hope and pray you will get paid for your work. And if you clock in early at all the same issue happens and same with lunch issues. And if you forget to clock in and such? Forget about it. Would not recommend to anyone not looking for a huge headache with a side of an empty wallet

If I were you and a woman I would never work for this company. They have ‘team lead’ that a man that they allow to abuse you verbally. If you don’t bow down and do as he says then he will get you fired from your assignment. No accountability or responses from the app when you report your comments or concerns. Especially the verbal abuse from a man.

I enjoy working for this app.
They usually have great paying gigs. Especially long term ones.
