Doesn’t work on new cars
Worked perfect on my 2017 Ford but unable to connect on my 2026 Honda. This a common problem, search online/reddit. Does not support 2026 models

Awesome code reader. Need to learn more but I love it. The only thing is when you go to fixes it gives you lots of option that would end up costing me lots of money. So I only do the least cost items Its definitely worth it. if I was fixing cars all the time I would definitely go with something a lot more expensive like they use at a dealership.

Great product great value
Honestly, for what I paid for this, this is one of the best scanners I've ever used on a budget not only does it pull codes for just about anything it also gives you stuff from online links of how to fix it. I would definitely recommend this to anybody That is a do it yourselfer. My girlfriend bought it for me and at first I was very skeptical until I started using it. This thing has been spot on. Makes diagnosis a lot easier for the average Joe.

Doesn’t Scan ALL modules as stated
Multiple times I had vehicle with Air Bag lights on, and even though it’s advertised that the scanner, scans all modules. It does not. How can the Air Bag Light be on, on the dash, but then say there are no codes in the SRS module? The cheaper one on Amazon is better, faster and offers more information. Even Live information. Figured I try this one out because I found it by accident, I see now why it ended up lost in the first place. And sometimes the maintenance reset and/or EPB maintenance mode does not work either.

Long Time User
Owned through five different cars. Worked great on every one. Saved me money on clearing codes. Saved money by the repair suggestions and parts recommendations. Great value to me. Purchased around 1995.
Missing 1 simple thing
I appreciate the information and how handy quick and easy the BlueDriver is to use and find the problem as well as how to go about fixing the issue at hand but it’s missing a very simple thing that really bugs me… battery voltage!!!! Why is this very important and simple bit of info missing on the dashboard??

Used it for my fleet of cars (family) for years
Awesome tool, easy set up. I have probably used it on 40 different cars. Works great… gives most likely issue and links to Amazon for parts… and often videos to help fix it yourself

I like the sensor, but App needs improvements
Sensor and app works fine for checking codes and clearing them, but live data layout is not customizable 100% uf you change the size of the charts the only way to fix it is or clearing data and cache (that will reset and delete all) or uninstall and reinstall, so either way you need to do all again

Just received my blue driver and the hype about this diagnostic tool is spot on to the fact that it’s like having a dealer tool in your hand on your phone or tablet. I used iPhone 14 and it connected seamlessly. This tool is a must for the diy guy or shade tree mechanic like I am . I appreciate you blue driver . Hope it’s more positive outcomes in the future . Ok but not great.
It is a pretty good app whose main advantage is convenience. But that is about it. Unfortunately it looses the connection easily, won’t reconnect if you switch apps like to maps, and the live data should be larger or at least customizable.

I’ve had this for a couple o years at least put on many a car I’m in aus and not one car yet has supported all the programs only get one or two every car is different the only thing it does is give me code numbers .rarely does other programs come up or work Nissan,Mitsubishi,Holden, chev,Toyota just a bunch of useless info , the back yard mechanic don’t ,n won’t use

Useless scan tool
Worked fine up until software update v 2.6. Now it won’t connect to any vehicle. Would not recommend.
Parenting Must Have
I have two of these. One I use at the house for my wife and I. The other is in my daughters Jeep as she is off to college. If she notices anything unusual, she scans her Jeep with this OBD2 and sends me the results. This is a very valuable tool to have for your family!
Hopefully you read this first - Do Not Buy
Scanner worked when i first bought it. Right after the 6 month mark was up it no longer works. Tried it on multiple types of vehicles & it wont communicate with any of them. You will never be able to get customer service on the phone. They send you to robo call purgatory or endless email chains. If anyone from blue driver customer support team reads this i have one piece of advice for you…FIND A DIFFERENT LINE OF WORK BECAUSE YOU ARE TERRIBLE AT YOUR CURRENT JOB.
