Easy to Use App

I originally was using the DecoSmart app when uplights were installed on my giant oak tree. This app is a good upgrade. It is easy to control the change of colors and create new colors. I like the pre-installed effects colors for holidays and special occasions. I only wish it had as many selections as the DecoSmart app. It only comes with 10, but you can create your own.

Best Investment

Love the lights and effects around the house!!

Not user friendly

You’d think in2025 they’d have a good app. Nope!

Christmas Decor

Awesome

Bad App

App is not user-friendly and just sits an X clock permanently

Outstanding

Option rich and always functional.

Love the ability to customize. However, the app may be difficult to use for some because of a lack of instructions.

So fun!

I love the lights so much. I wish the app was more intuitive.

Best Quality and Durable

We installed the roof line lights and outdoor bulbs and loved the effect and AI features. Very advanced and give our home modern look.

Thank you

So un user-friendly

We have used this app for years to control the permanent Christmas lights on the outside of our house. It is so un user-friendly. It is incredibly difficult to figure out and use. You also can only have one person logged in at a time and you have to be incredibly close to the system to even make the changes. I honestly love my permanent Christmas lights, but would not get them again knowing that I had to use this app to control them.

Vikings Home

So convenient to have for literally any holiday. I love having these lights installed, and that I will never have to climb a ladder or pay someone else to.

Always buffering

I don’t know if it’s just my system but I have to literally be right next to the device in order to turn on the lights or change the settings. I thought I’d be able to turn my lights on from anywhere in the US, let alone anywhere within my home, but nope, I have to go outside and stand next to the device mainframe in order to turn the lights on. I wish my permanent lights company used another app to control my lights.

This app is amazing, seriously!

The new app has made it so simple to put my lights to any show just like that. I’m starting to love the AI talk to your lights feature. While some more improvement is required, I’m sure these guys are on top of it. It understands many of my light commands I speak to it in natural voice! It’s so convenient!
Keep up the good work guys, can’t wait to see the new feature!

System Quality

Latest update caused all presets options to disappear in the application.

Request

Love the lighting. Adding the ability to do Aurora effect with selected colors would be perfect. I love the subtle changing of the effect. Would be perfect for things like Christmas and July 4th.

Too Many Options

App can do almost anything you would ever want it to. The problem is it is way too overwhelming for consumers. If a customer only has one device why do they need to see every option ever created for the devices they do not have. Wish there was a second version of the app with simplified controller.
