Misleading info on user access
Even though the app states a user can access it to customize a home health program without a therapist or provider, this is not true. There's no way to login with a therapist code. This used to not be the case in earlier versions of the app. Now I'm locked out. ☹️
Unable to use
Intro relates access to videos for users that don’t have a PT provider yet unable to open app unless registered with PT provider and no bypass offered as solution.

Volume
Volume at maximum level. I cannot hear the tutorial too well. I had to put my ear up to the speaker but could not watch video at the same time.
