User reviews

Too difficult to test

Every action you try to test in limited mode reminds you you need to pay to preview how the app works. Not worth the effort when a simple habit tracker does the same job. 🙄

I love this app

I’ve been using it for years and it is the reason I’ve ever done any of my physical therapy exercises. It’s not very intuitive to use, but for me that’s worth it because it’s so customizable. I wish I could export and import csv files so that I could do larger edits to my workouts on a computer in an easier format and then just pop it back into the app. I would pay more for that feature.

DON’T BOTHER -Can’t test without a basic subscription

1. ALL features are locked until you sign up. Can’t even see how it works.

2. Instructions are confusing, complicated.

3. Help pages links lead to UNSECURED WEBSITES.

Worth the Effort

This is not the most intuitive app in the world. I’ve been using it a couple of years, and finally have it figured out. There is extensive documentation available, parts of which I had to read multiple times. This app is pretty complex, but provides every feature I can ever imagine needing. In the end, I’m glad I stuck with it. It makes following my exercise program sooo much easier, and my workout time is efficient because I don’t have to stop and refer to paper.
