Complete and utter garbage
Worst health insurance app in existence. Usually I can view my ID card but that’s the extent of its usefulness. Don’t bother trying the provider search; after “please wait”-ing, you’ll get stuck on a white screen until you just give up. Benefit info is so limited it’s of no help. Just garbage.
Useless
If the app opens and doesn’t get stuck on “waiting” then it crashes and closes. Completely useless.
From absolute garbage to a functioning app
I never thought I’d see the day. When my employer changed our provider to BSNENY I thought I would have to rely on the website only. From day one the app was completely busted. Imagine my surprise when I get an update for the app today and I can actually log in! Even better, there’s actual information about my account! Bravo to the developer for fixing, or from the looks of it, completely rebuilding this app from scratch.

Worst App in History
This app is totally worthless. Every single category I clicked on came up as “There was an error downloading your information. “ I was unable to view my card, view my claims, or view my coverage. Don’t waste your time with this.
