Why the hell doesn't it save the username and password?!

Doesn’t Work Half the Time
I have to regularly delete the app and redownload it just to get past the Oops Try Again screen when I first open it. Not even restarting the app gets past it. Thankfully I can troubleshoot and work around it since I know technology, but anyone who doesn’t will have the worst time with this. Coding an app to properly function isn’t that hard these days.

Still doesn’t work
It’s 2025 and I can’t even log into the app….

This app is horrible. It hardly ever works with my log in. The Face ID sign in NEVER works to sign in and my opinion along with making many necessary upgrades… allow people to pay on the app. Who really writes checks and mails them in ASAP… maybe with some people who don’t have jobs or busy lives but seriously it’s 2023… catch up! If you do call in to ask a question or finally remember to pay on your account the representatives are horrible and not friendly at all.

It doesn’t work…of course
I’m not surprised this app doesn’t work. Benecard and EmpiRX health is the worst mail order prescription service we have ever had. So of course the app doesn’t work.
