App is terrible but the people are very understanding and helpful
I hate this app. Actually using it is simple and fast. However, signing in is impossible. My password is never correct even though I am positive I am typing the correct one. So then I am forced to create a new one but can’t reuse any previous password. This results in making more and more obscure passwords that I can’t possibly remember. I know that I’m not at fault because I am now (unfortunately) writing my password down and retrieving it when I need to log in. But the app doesn’t recognize a correct password when it’s entered.
The only redeeming feature is that the people that help me unlock my account are excellent each time I need their help.

Frustrating
Nothing seems to be easy on this banking app. Paying bills is cumbersome and frustrating and even trying to deposit a check into my account requires an extra step that is not required on my favorite BANK which is TD

Absolutely terrible
I didn’t have the old app long but it was far better and easier to use. This one is terrible nothing good about it besides being able to check balances and even then charges are wicked delayed and I don’t get any notifications even with them on.
Great community bank
Everyone at this bank are so helpful and professional. I highly recommend this bank to any small business who is looking to bank in their community.
Not a fan
I liked the old app better. This one doesn’t seem compatible with a phone which is where most people would access the app. The drop down menu is next to impossible to use
