Clunky app with data errors
The app has errors related to transactions which I find to be hilarious given that this is a banking app!
I contacted the bank to point out the transaction errors and they didn’t believe me! Unfortunately for them I had screenshots that showed them the transaction errors. They got back to me in a couple of hours and admitted that there was a problem!
The surprise is that they can’t fix the problem!
When you get that message at the top of the app warning about a pending transactions between midnight and 6:30 AM, that’s because I showed them the error!
I still don’t understand why they can’t fix this problem! And this pending transaction problem sometimes occurs well before midnight

disappointed with "new" app - no real time updates. old app showed cash deposits and zelle transfers immediately. and now. the balance it shows is not always accurate despite claims in pinned message

App is terrible but the people are very understanding and helpful
I hate this app. Actually using it is simple and fast. However, signing in is impossible. My password is never correct even though I am positive I am typing the correct one. So then I am forced to create a new one but can’t reuse any previous password. This results in making more and more obscure passwords that I can’t possibly remember. I know that I’m not at fault because I am now (unfortunately) writing my password down and retrieving it when I need to log in. But the app doesn’t recognize a correct password when it’s entered.
The only redeeming feature is that the people that help me unlock my account are excellent each time I need their help.

Always encounter problems using this app.
Frustrating
Nothing seems to be easy on this banking app. Paying bills is cumbersome and frustrating and even trying to deposit a check into my account requires an extra step that is not required on my favorite BANK which is TD
