Poor service
Interface is complicated and dull. Alarm goes faulty and reported with no responses. Keep playing passing game, A to B, B to C…. Yet not directly helping at all. Never ever believe in this company to provide the security and smart system in your house.
Poor Management
If you want to update your software version, continue using the old version to upgrade to new one. Not releasing a total new different app; the automation is all wired…. This is not the way you making money, you only give your user headache! And you spoil your brand name !!!!!
Not working
The app keep crashing ( can’t open the app at all) and the update wont help at all
App crashing
Finally after waited for 2 months, Developer released a new software update on 9/12/24 but fell short of fixing problem. Apps immediately crashed when open still persist. Disappointing. Hope you continue to do your best.

No notification send to my phone
Every time need to uninstall and install back only can get the notification, but only can works for around 2 weeks after that back to same issue. Lousy alarm system!!!!
