Pure garbage
When an app actually makes a device worse, it should be possible to rate it negative. Difficult to connect, then it will randomly disconnect. Not only that, you will need to delete and re-pair it. It will also give random commands to the AC unit, unrelated to what you’ve requested. It may change the temperature, but will then wildly change fan speed, louver direction or oscillation…when all you’ve done is change the temp. Yes, I followed instructions. I thought their remotes that come with the AC were bad, but they’ve really tried to make a horrendous app and they’ve succeeded beyond their wildest dreams.

Hi Roniniku, we appreciate your detailed feedback and apologize for the trouble. Connection drops are often linked to weak Wi-Fi signal at the unit location. Unintended commands can also occur if network delays cause multiple button taps to execute with a lag. We want to make sure your setup is working properly.
