Better than before, but can still improve
If i were to compare this app to the other prividers in the market, i.e. Maxis, TM, CelcomDigi then Time App certainly takes the win since they actually have the wifi manager and parental control. Certainly dont understand the need to change the auth method, like why need to follow how maxis does?
Very bad
It is extremely slow and inconsistent. Account statements don’t update properly. Loading is around infinite. You have your customers just because they don’t have many choices. As it will be changed and customers start to leave I hope you will understand. Just hire a good engineers for competitive salary and don’t patch up holes

Troublesome
every time this app updates, you have to log in again with the OTP process which is difficult to receive, the helpline keeps resending the new OTP via email. but it's still like that. last time I tried to do it myself, using another email, then I could. but when I wanted to be able to, I wanted to download the receipt of previous bill payments, the document was not available. what's the problem? try not to update apps frequently, it's annoying for users

Worst experience
I was promised the offer for RM99 for 6 months which is very misleading even after adding 6% tax the amount should not be over RM 120 per month. They told me there were no hidden charges yet i was charged extra. I have now given a deposit already so im stuck with them but please domt bother taking services from them. The internet is inconsistent and slow even after taking the RM 600 package

Absolutely useless. It doesn’t work. I don’t know why they changed it. The older version worked better.
