Not working
Not working after update. Can’t even view bill and pay. Such a simple app also can’t make it work. Only know how to collect money.
Problem with APP
Can’t seem to use the app for anything right now. Instead of calling for payment, they should just email the statements!
Lousy App
Each time we try to click on the button to make payment or view the bill nothing pops out. Unable to proceed with payment on time. Pls help to sort this out asap.
Useless
I want to check my bill and how much to pay but the system says “sorry! We cannot complete your request. Check your internet connection and try again.” It has been for months and my internet has no problem. Only this Indah Water app. Pay also so susah.
