Wrong visitor
It is unacceptable that visitors are being allowed entry using my address without my consent. I have not approved these individuals to enter the premises.
Kindly take immediate action and ensure this does not happen again. Should any harm, damage, theft, or security issue arise due to unauthorized persons entering under my address, I reserve the right to take appropriate action against the security management for failing to enforce proper access control.

Slow to reflect bills and charged penalties
I am going to take legal action either against Jaga App and my Management Office soon because the bills always appear late on the Jaga App. Then when it appears, usually it is late and a penalty applies. So while i pay my bills monthly ‘on time’ i keep having to pay penalties which is not my fault. Only the courts will sort this out now.

App needs some improvement
Well I’m trying to login the jaga app by using my email it did not send the verification at all… even checked the junk / spam box still not there…. Gotta improve for that.
Recommendation
Just kinda curious is it a must to key in the details of the visitors all over again everytime they enter? Is there any way to save the contacts as favourite so that I can save time to fill the info up for visitors who come often?
