Unable to login the app using the portal after the major update. Pointless update.

Useless app in this world. The 2.0 version is worse from the previous version. Sign in unifi tv id using tv is really difficult and so troublesome. It cant sign in. Try to reported but Customer Service ask to check using EasyFix but still nothing can be done. Dont know why need so many thing to register. Unifi tv then additional Unifi Digital ID. Try login and successful then ask to close this window. Then, it bring me back to 1st step, need to Easyfix and asking to login again. Repeat the all the same thing, insert the email, phone number, verified email but nothing happen and the problem is unresolved. Useless and worse apps that not working. Unifi TV 2.0 should be more convenient but get really bad experience to watch TV.

Your uNIfi app from 13 years ago when I was a BOD member is still embarrassingly poor
Your CRM system is slow , doesn’t immediately update balances after payment and reconnect service immediately after payment. Even U mobile is better and more efficient. Lucky govt support has kept TM UNIFI existing until now because management is still bureaucratic like a govt dept
