Wrong visitor
It is unacceptable that visitors are being allowed entry using my address without my consent. I have not approved these individuals to enter the premises.
Kindly take immediate action and ensure this does not happen again. Should any harm, damage, theft, or security issue arise due to unauthorized persons entering under my address, I reserve the right to take appropriate action against the security management for failing to enforce proper access control.

Slow to reflect bills and charged penalties
I am going to take legal action either against Jaga App and my Management Office soon because the bills always appear late on the Jaga App. Then when it appears, usually it is late and a penalty applies. So while i pay my bills monthly ‘on time’ i keep having to pay penalties which is not my fault. Only the courts will sort this out now.

App needs some improvement
Well I’m trying to login the jaga app by using my email it did not send the verification at all… even checked the junk / spam box still not there…. Gotta improve for that.
Recommendation
Just kinda curious is it a must to key in the details of the visitors all over again everytime they enter? Is there any way to save the contacts as favourite so that I can save time to fill the info up for visitors who come often?

1. App looks like it was designed in the 2010s
2. Having ads, this app doesn’t need ads and distracts from its usefulness
3. Being slow to load, why always a progress bar when I open the app? Why not cache or have placeholders.

Why do many functions in App not activated if it's relevant or useful?
Takes too long to make a QR
I've been trying to make a QR for visitor a few times already. Sometimes can, sometimes cannot. Sometimes need to wait 5mins. What is wrong with the app? It happened so many times and it has caused so much inconveniences. Not functioning at all. Fix PLEASE. I don't want to see "Just a second, we're almost there" for 10mins trying to get a visitor QR only.

Gets the job done
Only complaint is some condo still need show driving licence even though the app already has our identity info stored in it.
Bring back contact search function
The previous version allowed us to register visitors by searching from the phone’s contact list, which was very convenient. Now this feature is gone and it has made the process much more troublesome. Please bring back the contact search function.
Remains cumbersome and clunky

The worst update
I’m unable to verify my email address because I didn’t receive the verification email despite trying numerous times. I’m also unable to login with my mobile number.
No able to login to the app
Reinstall the app but there is no login page but prompt me to sign up a new account. Couldn’t sign up as my phone number is already registered. Please have a button to redirect to the login page. I am not able to use it now.

Stupid, after update the first page is sign up dont have login button, when I try to signup showed phone number been registered. OF COURSE is registered, I’m not new user but no login button let me to login only can sign up. And now I can’t use my JagaApp. SO STUPID

The feedback part can’t be seen after updates. The functions are not fully utilised too. Guess the MO is not educated enough to use all the functions. Please fix the bugs. Tq.
Unable to log in the app
There is no login button, only a “Get Started” button. When I click it, I am prompted to enter my information (name and phone number), but it keeps saying the phone number has already been used. How can I log in to my account as an existing user? Please help
Request for Bug Fixes: Visitor/Contractor Notifications & Address Discrepancies
I didn't understand about an update for the weekly or monthly. Since the last update, the visitor and contractor notifications are not being delivered in real time. Why are the notifications for my wife and my jagapp showing different information, even though we registered the same address? Please fix all the bugs. Before moving to production, kindly conduct your User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Unable to login after changed new phone!!
Look back at some reviews, found that there are someone also facing same issue on 3 years ago which unable to login after changed new device! Disappointed that this problem never been solved! I couldn’t login to my existing acct! It keep on saying my no. has been used! Of coz been used la! That’s my number which I used to register for my unit! I’m now just changed new phone! I’m not change to any new phone number! I don’t know what’s ur apps wants! Stupid!
