Not working after update. Can’t even view bill and pay. Such a simple app also can’t make it work. Only know how to collect money.
Problem with APP
Can’t seem to use the app for anything right now. Instead of calling for payment, they should just email the statements!
Lousy App
Each time we try to click on the button to make payment or view the bill nothing pops out. Unable to proceed with payment on time. Pls help to sort this out asap.
Useless
I want to check my bill and how much to pay but the system says “sorry! We cannot complete your request. Check your internet connection and try again.” It has been for months and my internet has no problem. Only this Indah Water app. Pay also so susah.
Time waster app from its instability issue
App is meant to save time for easy payment, but it’s countered by the instability. User will just have to check again until the system is up for its intended function.
Lots of improvements needed
I am not sure the management is developing this app for user conveniences or making our life miserable. Pls make your app more responsive, practical and user friendly if you’re targeting for higher prompt payment rate, unless it’s otherwise!
Shame
The app can let you view the charge and nothing else can be done, all the button for other function does not lead you there and you will stay on homepage only.
Stupid apps
As per title mention, this is the most stupid apps in Malaysia, the purpose is only to show the balance outstanding, you can’t even check the statement from the apps, have no idea what kind of genius design this rubbish apps and what’s the purpose of living for? Extremely Poor User Experience – Unable to Make Payment
This app is honestly one of the most frustrating applications I have ever used. Almost every function leads to endless loading screens — whether it’s opening the app, accessing billing, or attempting to make a payment. Nothing works properly.
As a user, I am willing to pay for the service. The issue is NOT unwillingness to pay — it is the fact that the app simply does not allow us to complete payment at all. This is unacceptable for a utility-related application.
What makes it worse is that this service appears to be the only option available, which leaves users with no alternative. Despite this, the app quality is extremely poor and not user-friendly at all.
This reflects a serious lack of reliability and user consideration. An essential service like this should have a stable, functional, and accessible platform.
I strongly urge the company to take immediate action to:
• Fix the constant loading issues
• Ensure basic functions like payment actually work
• Improve overall app stability and usability
If no improvements are made, this will continue to cause frustration for many users who are simply trying to fulfill their obligations.
Please take this seriously and improve the app urgently.

After the latest update, I have double copies for all my accounts. A glitch, maybe?
Such simple app, but this is the worst app in the world
An app is supposed to make things easier for users, not waste their time. The buttons don’t respond, and after all these years there’s still no improvement.
Useless
This app (if you can call it that) is utterly useless. I have never submitted a review here but this app was so frustrating in every aspect - design, load time, UX, that I have to warn others to just stick to paying bills on browser. In fact, i could drive to a physical branch, pay my bills, have tea at the roadside stall, drive back in rush hour traffic - and still the app wouldn’t have loaded.

Why forcing to enable notifications every time when open the app? Cause if not enable, it’s just loading and loading. Don’t want me to pay?

Unable to refresh after payment keep showing outstanding amount
Keep loading non stop and unable to refresh the latest update even though payment has done.
Very slow and useless
Every page needs to be loaded for almost a minute, confusing interface, and typo for the malay interface, when payment failed, it wrote “CUBI LAGI” was this not tested before pushing to app store? Do better

The app is terrible in the latest update. Keep asking for connection while my phone data connection is perfectly fine.

Hello, why your app keep on show loading for all accounts on main page and nothing can be clicked except the customer service icon prompt to access camera!? Your app got hacked for half year without knowing or fixing? No need make payment?
