1. Phone Number Formatting
The app displays phone numbers in a way that makes difficult for users to read. The current formatting adds a space every 3 digits starting from the end of the number, which causes confusion, for instance, Time Voice shown as “+60 312 345 678”, for user-readable should be shown as “+60 3 1234 5678” instead. Strongly recommend the developer to implement a more appropriate solution like using Google’s Libphonenumber library on GitHub. This library can format phone numbers for every country and even supports localized formats and validation. This would significantly improve the user experience.
2. Dialing Pad Design
The design of the dialing pad feels a bit outdated. The numbers are slightly too far apart, making the keypad less intuitive and not as user-friendly as it could be. A more modern design with better spacing between numbers would improve both usability and the overall look of the app.

Crashes whenever receiving calls
The app crashed so many times and everytime it crashes, i need to go back to selfcare to get qr, and after 6 times, i gave to call service center to ask them to reset the qr provisioning. Whats wrong with thus app?
Require ON HOLD features
Please add the Customised Music On Hold features or let the business be able to use this softphone from their computer. Windows and Mac. Thanks.
Great for voice calls
Saved me buying a DECT phone for home. Can use this app when the mobile network is not so strong.
