توجد العديد من المشكلات في وسائل الدفع من خلال البرنامج احيانآ تعمل واحيانآ تتوقف ، وحاليآ البرنامج متوقف تمامآ عن الدخول !! يرجي المتابعه والتحديث

آداء البرنامج غير جيد

يرجي الاهتمام بتطوير البرنامج بقي بطئ جدآ وبياخد فترة طويلة للتحميل ومفيش اي تحديثات !!

After the last update, the wallet stopped working completely.. It doesn't even open or take me to the page that has the phone number and the passcode..
Very disappointing, and no one from the bank is able to solve the problem!

التطبيق بقاله اكتر من ٣ اسابيع فيه مشكلة عامة في التحميل والفتح وشحن المحفظة وخدمة العملاء بتقول ان ده بسبب تحديث للحسابات.. مش معقول تحديث ياخد المدة دي كلها!!!

تحديث في منتهي السوء

التحديث الجديد للبرنامج سئ للغاية
فقدت التعامل مع البرنامج نهائيا مع العلم ان كل تعاملاتي كانت عليه، الحقيقة مش قادر افهم ليه يتوقفوا عمل التطبيق علي آيفون 6 وآيفون6plus ؟!!
ياريت إذا ممكن ترجعولنا الإصدار القديم وشكرا..

Need to more updates

The application needs a lot of updating in the graphic user interface, and it needs to add a transfer service from the wallet to an account in Banque Misr in order to be an exclusive feature for the Banque Misr wallet application and an exclusive feature for the bank’s customers. Adding the possibility of entering through a face ID , adding the possibility of extracting a temporary paid card as in the Vodafone Cash service, adding offers to attract more customers by placing cash back in the event of payment through the wallet

Not working with new IPhone IOS 14.6

After updating my OS to new IOS 14.6 , I can’t access BM wallet. And always a certain message appear “ External server is not available “. Kindly fix this problem , as I can’t pay any online payment.

لكن الان البرنامج لا يفتح لانه يستمر فالتحميل وفالنهايه يقول الوقت انتهي
