Doesn’t work unless you pay
Every time I sign up and click the “X” from the subscription offer, it knocks me back to the sign-in page. I re-do the whole information fill out process, only to be kicked out once again when I refuse to buy the stupid membership. Money hungry app, I’m finding something else.
Update worsened interface - no interactive graph anymore
I’ve used this app for a number of years and about a year ago switched from Android to Apple. I’ve noticed in the last few months that the graph that tracks your weight records is no longer interactive. So if I slide my finger along the graph line it doesn’t tell me at any data point what my weight entry was. Instead I now have to scroll back through my entries in the list to find a weight point. In fact the graph now just looks like a drawing.
I found the interactive graph really useful for looking at my weight trends and seeing what my particular weight was at a particular time and then being able to determine if there as a specific event or life stage that may have been impacting that weigh in.
The loss of this functionality has made me look for alternative apps to switch to as a result. I’m super disappointed and up until that change I would’ve given the app 5/5.
I hope this aspect of UI can be reinstated soon.

I don’t like the new app update @all.
Because now I have to pay to put in my weight loss.
Entering weight
Sorry I have to leave the app since there's a charge to now enter your weight daily. This is the only apo I have used for weight tracker only since 2017. Thanks for the past experience, but it's pointless now just to pay to enter my weight!
I hate the changes
Ive been using this app since 2018, i absolutely loved it. I’ve just had the update and everything has completely changed, but unfortunately i hate it.
I hate the new layout compared to the one before, i miss the old BMI tracker and the old colours. It was so vibrant before, now its so dull.
It also now feels like its heavily pushing you to pay for PRO on most tabs, which i wouldnt have an issue with if it was not as bland and different as it is now.
The last thing i hate is there is now a streak section which is promoting daily weigh ins which is very unhealthy for people suffering with unhealthy weight obsessions, as its encouraging you to weigh yourself daily with it being on the home page.
I think i’ll be looking for a new weight tracker now 🙁 absolutely gutted i’ll have to lose or re-upload my progress elsewhere

Gute App zur Gewichtskontrolle
Ich suchte eine App, wo ich mein Gewichtsverlauf beim Abnehmen kontrollieren kann. Bin von dieser App begeistert. Einmal kaufen und gut. Keine ständigen Extrakosten oder nervige Werbung. Das Gewicht eintragen der Verlauf ist numerisch und als Diagramm sichtbar. Er aktuelle BMI wird direkt ermittelt.
Die Tipps sind nicht aufdringlich, eher dezent.
Mir gefällt die App sehr gut und kann sie nur empfehlen. Keine Kalorien oder ähnliches zählen.

I never write reviews but i just had to say something! I’ve had this app since 2017, almost 9 years now, but it has had the same boring, bland desktop looking ui design this entire time. I kept it because it had all my data, but this new update is soooo nice!! It’s now a very nice, minimal and sleek design! So happy it got updated! Keep up the good work!

Disappointment
I'm so disappointed with the new look. I've been using this for years. The overall graph you can't see your weight easily change and it doesn't fit on the screen it's too wide do it's not mobile compatible. I'm gutted.
Pro features taking over
After 7 years of use now even logging on weight THE MAIN USE of the app requires money.
Unbelievable
I can no longer even log my weight without subscribing to a Pro Version.
Can't enter data
Tried to enter year of birth and height after downloading the app. The slider doesn't work right and kicks me out.

Ich nutze die App schon seit Jahren und bin sehr zufrieden, jedoch hatte ich mir vor ein wenigen Monaten die Pro lifetime Version gekauft, bin dann aber auf ein anderes Handy gewechselt und dort habe ich nicht die Pro Version auch wenn ich den Kauf wiederherstellen will, wenn ich die App auf beiden Geräten gleichzeitig benutze funktioniert es, wenn ich die App aber wieder schließe habe ich wieder nur die Basis Version, wäre schön wenn man dafür eine Lösung finden könnte

Hallo, das Problem hat mit der apple Health integration zu tun. Um es kurzfristig zu beheben kannst Du in den Einstellungen dieses deaktivieren. Es gibt in wenigen Tagen aber auch ein Update mit dem das Problem behoben ist. liebe Grüße, Thomas von aktiBMI

This app is essential to my weight loss journey.
My only suggestion is that the author delete the “pep talk” messages that appear after a weight is entered. They sound a bit phony. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star rating.

Update deleted data
Automatic update today deleted 5 years data. It did the same thing a while back and there was a work around to restore. I can’t find a support link in the app. It wants a new user setup. Will just delete and use Apple health.
