BML Emergency App City Government of Carmona "Dapat Angat Lahat" The BML Emergency App is a powerful mobile application developed by the City Government of Carmona to promote inclusive, fast, and responsive emergency and community services. Operated by the Carmona Operation Center, it enables real-time incident reporting directly to key responders such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). What sets the BML App apart is its promotion of participatory governance—bridging the gap between citizens, barangays, homeowners associations (HOAs), and the city government. By empowering residents to report emergencies, concerns, and community issues, the app strengthens transparency, accountability, and collaboration at the local level. It also features dedicated support for sectoral groups, including Gender and Development (GAD), Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and victims of Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), ensuring that vulnerable sectors are included and protected in every response.
