BML Emergency App City Government of Carmona "Dapat Angat Lahat" The BML Emergency App is a powerful mobile application developed by the City Government of Carmona to promote inclusive, fast, and responsive emergency and community services. Operated by the Carmona Operation Center, it enables real-time incident reporting directly to key responders such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO). What sets the BML App apart is its promotion of participatory governance—bridging the gap between citizens, barangays, homeowners associations (HOAs), and the city government. By empowering residents to report emergencies, concerns, and community issues, the app strengthens transparency, accountability, and collaboration at the local level. It also features dedicated support for sectoral groups, including Gender and Development (GAD), Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and victims of Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC), ensuring that vulnerable sectors are included and protected in every response. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being SDG 5: Gender Equality SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions The BML Emergency App is more than just a digital tool—it is Carmona’s platform for participatory governance and community resilience, ensuring that in times of need, every voice counts, every concern matters, and “Dapat Angat Lahat.”
