Terrible
Works OK when connected, but staying connected is the problem. Haven't been able to use the 'remote connection' for at least a month now and At the moment I cannot login on the pad device because it says "connection issue - cannot find server" I was able to reset the password and login on my cell phone without an issue, but I cannot login on the device in my RV. I remember when I first got the RV about two years ago it probably took two or three months before BMPro worked. when contacting support I was told to keep my Google play store logged in with automatic updates "on" and sooner or later a fix would be pushed. I just can't believe the RV industry puts up with such poor support in a top-of-the-line luxury RV.

Absolutely awful
Does not work at all. Awful product. Just spent an hour in an infinite loop of the program asking what device I have and then to log back into it. Only to be asked what device I had. Again. No wonder the dealer said “you just connect an app or something to it, but I don’t use that so…. “
