Bug in latest update
Remote connectivity is one of the few things that have offset all the issues with BMPRO control boards. After installing the latest update I lost remote connectivity unless connected via Bluetooth. App shows logged in, WiFi is good, tablet shows wifi connected, nothing changed except the update. Having animals and being able to remotely see interior temperature as well as adjust and turn light on if arriving late were nice features.

APP NOT WORKING
so after the update shown on Saturday, or maybe Friday night, the app has completely stopped working, on the phone and IPad. When you tap it, it opens for literally half a sec and closes. Our tablet control panel completely died a few months ago, and are waiting for our replacement. So now, we can’t control ANYTHING. Cant turn the a/c up or down, nothing!!!!! We are in it full time right now and would really appreciate some assistance.

Worst written app ever
The delay between tha app connecting to Bluetooth and actually being able to do anything is way too long. I know my fresh tank is empty because I don’t travel with water in the tanks and I am at full hookups. Good luck getting an awning out using the app without it stopping and starting 10 times. Bmpro and Jayco are not listening to their customers and it shows. No one cares at jayco.

Remote connection.
If it would only do what it’s designed for it would be cool. Jayco needs to change a better system from someone else.
