Stupid and not working
I stayed in Queenstown area and had been servicing my car at Alexandra last 4 times but this new app keep forcing me to go Ubi even though I have already chosen my preferred location.

App doesn’t launch
Your app doesn’t launch at all even I re-download and restarted my phone. Please do something about it!
App lags & needs resetting constantly. Poor scanning of QR for key drop.
Your app is not user friendly for key drop
It took me 30 min to do a key drop compared to the old system which took 5 min
I checked in for my service appointment. Then I had to scan and refresh the QR multiple times because your system just wouldn’t read it. A message was then displayed that there’s no service appointment in your records even though i had checked in
So I had to cancel my appointment and make a new one and check in once again. It again took multiple attempts to scan before the door opened.
I know you are trying to use technology to make things easier for yourself, but as a customer, this new system was a real pain to use. Very troublesome and time consuming. please improve it!

Error encountered when trying to add vehicle as alternate driver. Cannot book serving as a result. No such issues with the previous app.
Dumbest app of all time
So they ask you to use this app to do online check in for car servicing then you can skip the queue and drop your key in a box but to open the box it needs a QR code which the app doesn’t give you so they ask you to join the extremely long queue anyway. Complete waste of everyone’s time

Sent car for some work and took the whole day from 10am to 8:30pm?!!! Some work still pending and need to send back the car again for which estimated downtime is 3 days? Seriously BMW?! Even Toyota does better…
Not working
App stopped working and keeps getting stuck on the landing page. Please fix this ASAP if that’s the expectation for customers to use this to book appointments
Simple and easy to use!
Tried booking my service appointment via the app and it was a seamless process! Follow up from SA was prompt after booking was made. 👍🏻

Need to fix bugs
Hello, while I was happy with the new app. I found a bug that was not corrected or updated for some time already. 318i M Sport buy new do not have artic race blue that I found in bmw website. Also BMW individual frozen pure grey metallic has two same colours selection.
Useless app
Updated but same rubbish. The list of CSAs for East Coast and Alexandra are the same. I can’t even select my CSA from East Coast and I have to call manually to book my servicing appointment. Why bother producing this app?
Don’t bother downloading
Registration unsuccessful with unreadble error message. Interface is Sime Darby themed which doesn’t look great.
Don’t waste my time
App doesn’t allow new user to register and the error doesn’t even make any sense. Are the app developers even testing it before releasing to a live environment?
