I can know longer use my IPad to go on line to find my balance why?
Great but..
I love this way better than the coupons and the fact you scan items to check if eligible, however I hate that it kicks you out of the scanner/app so fast and you have to sign all back in constantly especially annoying when shopping
Could be better
It’s a decent app except it’s annoying having to log back in every 5 minutes while using it. It would be nice if they could add a Face ID
Plz fix app
It’s great that it lets you know what’s left on the card but it’s not practical beings that you have to login every five minutes because it kicks you off. Also, it might be a good idea to combine this app with the new interactive WIC website that came out that tells you things that are wic approved so like when you click on grains, it’ll tell you things from your store that is approved. But PLZ fix i’m tired of getting kicked out every five minutes or every time I close the app.

This app is trash
This app never wants to scan anything. It doesn’t give me options. If something should be on the list and isn’t it doesn’t give me like secondary choices. It’s very bland and very not well put together. I used to live in Kentucky and their app is great. This one sucks.
Absolutely frustrating
As much as I love that there is an app that I can use to see what is approved by wic. I haven’t been able to see store locator where wic is approved in almost a year now. The barcode scanner now doesn’t work. On top of that I can never tell what is approved and what isnt. I usually have to google what products are accepted and sometimes I’m lucky that it is but most of the time I’m not so lucky and have to pay out of pocket. I can’t get through support ever and whenever I ask the wic office they tell me their same frustrations with the app too hand me a printed out sheet that still doesn’t show me what brands are approved or not approved. Because I swear I will scan so many items that have the description of amount of oz and it ends up not being the correct product.

Phone number change…
Wish there was an easier way to update the phone number originally used to access the app but those of us who have lost access to the original numbers are unable to use this app

Horrible
Horrible, it’s been months and everything you even says unknown error try again. I just got approved for a new item not I have to go hope it’s right when I go check out
Fix it
This app logs me out multiple times while I’m using it and shopping in the store. The whole shopping trip takes longer because I have to log back in over and over. They also should update the app to include the brands of food and amount that are allowed. I always ask for the paper printout to have as backup because this info is not readily available on the app. Most recently every time I log in I can not use the scanner it gives me the message “unknown error please try again.” This has been going on for about a month. I have made sure my phone is updated and compatible with the app. I have restarted my phone, I have made sure the app is the most recent update and has deleted it and redownloaded it and nothing has worked. Instead of me being able to report it easily in the App Store or under the contact page for the app they want you to call the number on the back of your card.

Not scanning
Scanner is not working I still have benefits but I am unable to scan and I already purchased things by mistake. I did go off based on the list but the items weren’t covered by WIC.

Great but…
It’s a great app but I dislike that every time I log in I also have to send a text code message. I logged in three times today to make sure I had my grocery list right and it’s just slightly annoying.
