App does not work; use the website

Despite the very poor reviews, I downloaded the app anyway to give it a try. Sadly, it does not work, likely because there’s been no update in 2 years 🙄. Though I much prefer an app, I was able to register on the web at: “LifeInCheckEBT.com” and get the information I needed. Save yourself the aggravation: skip the app and go to straight to the website instead.

Useless!!

The last update was 2 years ago ! There is an error everytime you try to look at balance and transactions . You can’t even give feedback on the site because it errors out and that seems intentional!
