Need to do better!
Charging xtra 7 dollars for the process fee is insane . The app has problems when you try to renew your quote . They need to lower the cost for process fee when doing payments online . It’s a rip off and totally a scam of your money . Such a shame !!!

this app always have something wrong with it and sometimes it won’t even load. i’ve had to pay late payment fees on my car insurance due to the app not being accessible for days.
The best Customer Service ever
So today I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony Woodards! For some reason, I wasn’t able to pay my policy because of some technical difficulties that were going on with GoAuto. I got to the point that my policy ended up getting canceled because of it. I called today and spoke with a woman. She placed me on a brief hold and ended up hanging up on me. But that was a blessing in disguise because I got Anthony qthis time. Anthony discussed multiple solutions that we could do to get my policy going again. He did everything in his power to make sure I got my insurance policy back. The call ended up being an hour and 22 minutes. And after I received my insurance documents and signed my paperwork, he stayed on the phone to make sure I was able to get Into the app and set up my auto pay. People like Anthony are the reasons that people stay with certain companies. Because it’s more than just getting insurance it’s the feeling of security and knowing they’re gonna guide you and make sure everything is done right. So thank you again, Anthony you really made my day.

What I’m gonna say is it’s legal and cheap idk what else to say the app not great but I give 5 stars cause if your wanting cheap insurance here you go cheapest one I’ve ever found so if your like me and you like saving money here you go…
