Horrible App
I submitted the payment for the amount owed; however, I subsequently received a three-day notice of eviction stating that I would be evicted if payment was not made within three days. I did not receive any prior notice regarding an issue with the payment. It appears there may have been a problem with the payment processing, potentially related to my bank, but I was not informed of any such issue before receiving the eviction notice.

Says the rent is paid and then a few days later i got a notice that i didn’t pay and also had to pay a 80$ late fee, front office said it’s not the apps fault but it 100% is

I’m having trouble adding bank or debit information in the portal there’s not even a website for ResMan this is horrible please avoid at all costs!
