No way to see a detailed breakdown of amount due each month and amount paid.
Little and inconsistent information
No option to view an itemized bill, my roommate’s payment is not included in payment history, the account balance is inconsistent (app showed partial payment, then no payment, then full payment in days after I paid my share of the rent), and now a mysterious charge has appeared on our balance (again, because there’s no option to view an itemized bill)

Won’t let me login on the app but will let me login threw the browser keeps saying login fail / contact advisor but I have and they couldn’t figure it out either
can’t split payments
only lets u make ONE payment yet all the adds show more than one i don’t get the problem in that but clearly it makes my rent delayed since this is the only way to pay it. it will take one payment then if u want to make another payment in the same week it will say you have insufficient funds when you don’t and there’s nothing Chase can do about it. this app is trash and doesn’t work
