No itemized billing or invoice available

No way to see a detailed breakdown of amount due each month and amount paid.

Little and inconsistent information

No option to view an itemized bill, my roommate’s payment is not included in payment history, the account balance is inconsistent (app showed partial payment, then no payment, then full payment in days after I paid my share of the rent), and now a mysterious charge has appeared on our balance (again, because there’s no option to view an itemized bill)

Won’t let me login on the app but will let me login threw the browser

Won’t let me login on the app but will let me login threw the browser keeps saying login fail / contact advisor but I have and they couldn’t figure it out either

can’t split payments

only lets u make ONE payment yet all the adds show more than one i don’t get the problem in that but clearly it makes my rent delayed since this is the only way to pay it. it will take one payment then if u want to make another payment in the same week it will say you have insufficient funds when you don’t and there’s nothing Chase can do about it. this app is trash and doesn’t work

SET UP

I’m trying to set up my account but it only brings up the login page. Invalid pin but no page to set up a pin.

Useless

This app says I have a substantial credit amount. I’ve asked for explanation through messaging and days have passed with no response. Can I really rely on this app to deliver maintenance requests when they can’t answer my accounting questions? Is there anyone on the other side managing questions and/or requests? My confidence in this app is lacking and don’t feel comfortable submitting my rent payment. Remove communications option if you’re not going to respond. How did this ever get launched? Fix it or trash it.

Howwwwwww the heck!!!???

If anyone can plzzzz help and let me know! Where is it that I can create an account so I can create a username and a password!!?? It just simply says to enter username and password only, but there is no where I can create one. Plzzz so kindly advise where I can do so!?? I would greatly appreciate it.

Oh dear god help

I’ve now reset my pin for the 19th time and I still can’t pay my way over expensive rent which I agreed to pay. Had I known that it would be this difficult to pay rent I would of stayed living at my parents. At least they took cash. It’s a 5 dollar fee to walk in the office and pay. Next time just add the 5 in and don’t say anything about how great online paying is. Go kick some rocks.

Do Not Use

Not only do you not have access to your lease through a app that’s used for rent payments, but it only keeps record of messages the office sent out in mass, no records of messages tenants send, so office just lies about not receiving a message/email and I have no proof because this app is unprofessional

Nowhere to make a payment

I registered! Nothing, nada!! No place to pay even after I tried to add payment option.

Worst App!!!

I wish I could give this app ZERO STARS!!!! There is no customer service number! I first and foremost would NEVER use this app if I could pay my rent at the office! I accidentally setup auto payment and forgot to take it off. I sent in a payment on the 5th plus they took the schedule auto payment as well! Once I figure out my rent was paid TWICE!!!! They it’s nothing they could do but credit my account for next month!!!!!

App is not working properly

Downloaded the app all I see is rent payment option nothing else what am I doing wrong the management just switched over from ARIUM to Residence

No help

A bit buggy. It assigned me a pin. Then wouldn’t recognize it. Locked me out for too many attempts and said enter my email for a reset link. I did but never got the promised email. No help button. No contact us button. So now I’m stuck.

I love it!

I’m so excited there is an app available! This makes managing my monthly rent payments so easy!
